This is not beach bootcamp.
It’s a structured, pressure tested training, physical and mental conditioning that’s designed to sharpen your mind as much as your body.Whether you're 15 or 50, here's what you can expect when you step onto the sand with us:
· Respectful, values-driven environment
You’ll train with people who push themselves and each other forward, and take responsibility seriously.· Real camaraderie
You won’t be competing for attention or clout. We finish drills together, because in this kind of training, no one gets left behind.· Clear guidance on how-to prepare, what to wear, bring, and how-to recover
Expect intensity, but know this is a team environment. We’ll make sure you stay hydrated, prepared for the sun, heat (or cold), and train safely.
Twice a year, we invite you to something more than just a class. You’ll train in the sun, sand, and water alongside the Mora-Rose family, founders of Shaan Saar and stewards of a legacy that spans 3 generations of service and protection.
